How to setup Yet Another Telephone Filter apk for android

Yet Another Telephone Filter Description
YATelf (Yet Another Telephone Filter) is another workaround for the existing Android bug, which allows executing special dial-codes that could lead to a wiped phone. Normal phone numbers just start the dialer like before, all others are blocked with a hint.To activate YATelF, just mark it as standard action, the next time, you click on a phone link.
I originally wrote this app, because I wanted my own app to fix the bug, but then I thought I could share it with you folks.
