How to setup Commentators for Everyone apk for android

Commentators for Everyone Details
Commentators for Everyone allows you to sync the audio from a radio station with the TV broadcast.Whether it's HD or satellite, you can now choose who you want to hear!
Important
- Some radio stations already delay their streaming too much, and can't be synchronized successfully with some TV providers.
Usage
1. Turn on your TV and mute it.
2. Open the app and select your desired radio station.
3. Adjust the delay using the slider.
4. Press the Apply button and wait for sound to be played.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 as necessary until it is synced correctly.
