Healthy Heart Rate Details
Healthy Heart Rate is an app that helps you monitor your Heart Beat in the long run.Check if your daily pulse is normal with your phone or smartwatch. Then find out your best Heart Rate for specific activities, through personal Heart Rate Zones.
With Healthy Heart Rate you can check your pulse, in beat per minute (bpm), when and where you want! This app helps you monitor your heart beats by showing them as a % of your Maximum Heart Rate, and by calculating personalized Heart Rate Zones. These zones are customised, thanks to Profile settings, in terms of sexe, age, Heart Rate at Rest and Maximum Heart Rate, according to a reliable algorithm based on the recognised Karvonen formula and Astrand method.
It shows you a normal pulse for resting or for an activity like walking, hiking, trekking, footing, marathon, fat burning, etc.

Also available on Smartwatch, it shows valuable information on your Heart Beat, in a simple and intuitive way. Information are calculated thanks to Profile settings and your own Heart Rate values, based on a reliable algorithm.
Internet connection is not needed and your confidential data are kept safe in your phone.
Healthy Heart Rate is especially useful when you go hiking, walking, trekking, because you can check your heart beats when you want: at the top of a peak, or in the middle of a marathon. In this way, it’s low battery consumption so you can check your pulse until the end of the ride. Your value is placed on a scale and you can compare it with recommended range of values thanks to Heart Rate Zones, fill your profile for a better recommendation.
