How to install Out-of-Bounds Alert apk for android

Out-of-Bounds Alert Description
OB Alert is a geo-fencing utility. It checks if the Android phone is within a pre-defined range from a Reference Point. If the range is exceeded, it will send a SMS and/or email alert to a pre-defined mobile number and/or email address silently.The current location of the phone will be indicated in the SMS and/or email.
The frequency of checking and the number of alerts to be sent in out-of-bounds situation can be configured.
Remote Settings mode allows the configurable parameters to be changed remotely via Google Docs.
Potential Usage:
- Geo-fencing for people or movable assets.
- Care for children, elderly or disadvantaged.
English and Simplified Chinese locales are supported.
